Everything your product says by email, in one place

Notils replaces email HTML hidden in your codebase with a workspace your whole team can use.

Design emails in a visual editor

Write on the page like a document. Add buttons, images and variables such as {{name}} without touching HTML. Every email works in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.

Release changes on purpose

Saving keeps a draft. Your app keeps sending the released version until you release a new one, so an edit in progress never reaches a customer.

Send with one API call

Your backend sends a template name and the variables. Notils renders the email, sends it, and logs whether each send succeeded.

Your brand on every email

Upload your logo and set the sender name and reply-to address once. Every template your workspace sends uses them.

Work as a team

Invite colleagues to your workspace and give each one a role, so support can fix a typo and developers manage the API keys.

Sign-in for your own apps

Create a project for each app you build, with email and Google sign-in and emails that carry your app's logo. See its users and sign-in activity, and test in a separate Development environment.

Create your workspace
Sign up with your email address or your Google account, and name the workspace after your business.

Design and release a template
Start from a ready-made template or a blank page, preview it with real data, and release it when it's right.

Send it from your product
Create an API key and call the sending API from your backend. Every send appears in the dashboard's activity log, marked sent or failed.

Security and trust

Built to be trusted with your customers' inbox

Your emails reach your customers under your name, so Notils is built to protect your workspace, your data and theirs.

Encrypted in transit

Every connection to Notils uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, never in readable form.

Isolated workspaces

Templates, keys, brand and members belong to exactly one workspace. One workspace can never read another's data.

Role-based access

Owners, admins and members each see and change only what their role allows. Invitations are by email, and you can remove access at any time.

Short-lived sessions

Access tokens expire quickly and rotate, and live in httpOnly cookies that scripts on the page cannot read.

Your data isn't for sale

We never sell customer data or use it for advertising. Message content is used only to deliver your messages.

Your account and your data

Why Notils asks you to sign in

Your templates, brand, team and API keys belong to your workspace, so Notils needs to know who you are before it shows them to you.

Signing in with Google

You can sign in to the Notils dashboard at app.notils.com with an email and password, or with your Google account. If you choose Google, Notils receives only:

Your name and email address, to create your account and show who you are to your team.
Your profile picture, shown next to your name in the dashboard.

Notils never sees your Gmail, contacts, Drive or calendar. We don’t sell this data or use it for advertising. You can remove Notils’ access from your Google account at any time.

You stay in control

Edit your profile in the dashboard whenever you like. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email privacy@notils.com.
