Terms of Service

1. What Notils is

Notils gives a business a workspace for designing emails and sending them from its own product. You build templates in the dashboard, then send them through the Notils Notify API using an API key.

2. Your account and workspace

• Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password, Google account, and API keys secure. You're responsible for everything done with them.
• If you create a workspace, you're responsible for the people you invite and the roles you give them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Notils to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or email people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
• Send phishing, malware, or misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Pretend to be another person or business.
• Get around sending limits, or try to access another workspace's data or disrupt the service.

You're responsible for the content of the messages you send and for following the anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you. We may suspend sending, or an account, that puts recipients or our sending reputation at risk.

4. Your content

You own the templates, brand assets, and messages you create. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit them only as needed to provide Notils to you.

5. Beta and pricing

Notils Notify is in public beta and is currently free. Features, limits, and pricing may change. Before we start charging for anything, we'll tell you in advance, and you'll never be charged without agreeing to it.

6. Availability

Notils is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features. The service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

7. Disclaimer

Notils is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every message will be delivered.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Notils is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Notils at any time and ask us to delete your account. See our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Notils changes. We'll update the date at the top, and tell you about significant changes before they take effect.
